How much does an infinity LED dance floor rental cost?
Pricing is shaped by the floor size, event date, venue access, delivery distance and any additional rentals. Share the event details and we will build a clear quote.
What size dance floor do I need?
We balance guest count, expected dancers and the room dimensions. A venue floorplan or contact is usually enough for us to recommend the right fit.
Are delivery, installation and removal included?
Yes. Our crew delivers, assembles, tests and removes the floor while coordinating timing with the venue.
Can the floor be installed outdoors?
Only in level, covered and properly weather-protected conditions. We review outdoor installations individually before confirming them.
Can I add furniture, lighting, LED walls or tents?
Yes. Book the infinity floor on its own or ask us to coordinate a larger package through one service standard.
How far does 201 Event Rentals travel?
We serve North and Central Jersey, New York City, Westchester and Long Island. Share the venue address and we will confirm availability.
How early should I reserve?
Popular Saturdays and peak event seasons fill first. Contact us once the date and venue are confirmed for the best choice of sizes and delivery windows.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We can provide proof of insurance and issue a venue-specific COI when required.
